As much as Beauty loved carrots, she absolutely adored apples! Sometimes I'd buy bags of precut ones at WALMART, and sometimes I'd even buy organic ones at Clark's, our local health food store, but most of the time I just bought apples at the grocery store and sliced them up for the horses. Here's Beauty getting a whiff of the delicious aroma of the apple in my hand. She was SUCH a goofball! That was my world, with Beauty. TMW for January 19, 2010.
