Beauty was so full of life and enjoyed EVERYTHING! She especially enjoyed going down to the arena and kicking up her heels. On this day Sunni was with her and she chased him ALL OVER! I managed to capture this shot of her at play. I miss her every day and I still can't understand why she died. I do picture her in fields of green grass, far from the slaughter feedlot which I rescued her from. She was a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL horse and companion. RIP, my sweet one.

Great shot of Beauty and Sunni. She does look playful in this photo.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot of Beauty and Sunni. Sometimes our beautiful and loving fur babies are wanted *on the other side* ... it doesn't help the hurt in our heart, but someday -- I'm looking forward to seeing all my fur babes -- and meeting your Beauty.

I am so sorry that she is no longer with you and such a beautiful animal too. It so hard when we lose something and that we wish to be able to change it or that we could of done something about it. At least you saved her from being slaughtered and although you only had her a short while she had a good life and was well taken care of by you. Thanks for sharing her life with us, take care:)
ReplyDeleteawwww so sorry about your dear one!

So sorry Beauty is no longer with you but what a great shot, she must have been full of life.
ReplyDeletewhat beauties you have and you brought tears to my eyes when i read she died. Just know that she is playing in green green pastures
ReplyDeleteBeauty was beautiful. So sorry she died such a tragic, needless death. It drives me nuts about horses or any animal being taken to a slaughterhouse; they are nothing but places of hell. Glad you got her out of there and she was able to have some really wonderful times with you and the other horses. Thank you for rescuing these horses.
